1. Shan ruwa yadda ya kamata

3. Bude baki da abinci mai kyau

7. Kaucewa cin abinci fiye da kima

Yawan cin abinci yana jawo kumburin ciki da kasala da kawo matsala ga rayuwar dan Adam musamman mai azumi.
