Bisa ga dukkan alamu fatan da shugaban kungiyar Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) ke yi na cewa kasar Birtaniya za ta ceto shi daga gwamnatin Nigeria abu ne mai kaman wuya.

Kanu da yan uwansa sun yi kira da hukumomin kasar Birtaniya su taimaka a sako shi domin ya koma gida wurin iyalinsa.

Kingsley Kanu, dan uwan Nnamdi Kanu, cikin sanarwar da ya fitar ya ce:

"Ya kamata ofishin jakadancin Birtaniya a Nigeria ta matsa domin a saki dan uwa na nan take. Su tabbatar da tsaronsa. Ya zama dole Nnamdi Kanu ya koma Birtaniya wurin matarsa da dansa da ke zaune a can. Ya zama dole Sakataren kasashen waje na Birtaniya, Dominic Rabba, ta fayyace wa hukumomin Nigeria cewa ba za ta amince da tsare dan Birtaniya ba biza ka'ida ba kuma ta yi tir da abin da hukumomin Kenya da Nigeria suka yi."

Amma cikin wata takarda da Birtani ta wallafa a shafinta na intanet ta fayyace cewa abin da za ta iya game da yan Birtaniya da aka tsare a wasu kasashen na da iyaka kamar yadda Daily Trust ta ruwaito.

Shafi na 19 na takardar ta ce:

"Muna iya baka bayanai cewa da tsarin fursuna na kasar, tare da tsarin zuwa ziyara, rubuta wasika, yiwuwar yin aiki da jin dadi da walwala da sauransu. Za mu iya maka bayanin banbance-banbancen da ke tsakanin wanda ake yanke wa hukunci da wanda ke zaman jiran shari'a.
"Ba za mu iya fitar da kai daga gidan yari ba ko inda ake tsare da kai, kuma ba zamu nemi a yi maka wata gata ba domin kai dan Birtaniya ne. Sai dai idan an saba dokoki yayin tsare ka muna iya tuntubar jami'an kasar. Hakan ya kunshi rashin yi maka adalci ko jinkirta yi maka shari'a fiye da kima akasin yadda ake yi wa sauran wadanda aka tsare."

Hakan na nufin kasar ta Birtaniya ba za ta iya tursasawa a saki duk wanda dokar kasa ke da hurumin tsarewa ba sai dai kawai ta bukaci a yi masa shari'a bisa tsarin dokar kasa da na kasashen duniya bisa adalci.

A wani labarin, kungiyar tuntuba ta Arewa, ACF, ta yi kira ga gwamnatin tarayya ta yi takatsantsan da lamarin shugaban kungiyar IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, rahoton Daily Sun.

A cewar kungiyar ta Arewa, shugaban na masu fafutikan kafa kasar Biafra yana da abokan hulda sosai a kasashen ketare.

Kungiyar ta yi wannan furucin ne yayin da ta ke martani kan sake kama shugaban na IPOB a ranar Talata 29 ga watan Yuni.
