Sanin kowa ne dai ridi abu ne mai arha, toh haka shi ma man ridin. Sai dai man ridin bai kai ridin shahara ba don ba kowa ya san akwai shi ba.

Man ridi na dauke da sinadarin da ke farkar da enzayem na cikin kwakwalws mai haifar da fara'a da walwala. Don haka man ridi na maganin kunci da damuwa.
6) Lafiyar Hakora
Kurkure baki da man ridi yana kara haske da kwarin hakora. Yana kuma kare hakora daga kwayoyin cuta.
