Kwararren likita ya lisaffa dabi'u biyu da ke janyo rashin haihuwa ga mata da wuri

Dakta Chris Nwan, likita da ke aiki a asibitin St. Bernadeth da ke Ikorodu a jihar Lagos, ya tattauna da jaridar The Punch a kan daukewar haihuwa da wasu abubuwa biyu da ke jawo wa mata daukewar haihuwa kafin su manyanta.

Da yake magana a kan daukewar haihuwa ga mata (menopause), dakta Nwan ya ce mata na shiga yanayain daukewar haihuwa ne a lokacin da suka wuce shekaru 40 ko kuma suka cika shekaru 50 a duniya.

Nwan ya ce daukewar haihuwa na zuwar wa mata a lokuta daban-daban, saboda banbance na halitta da yanayin aikin jiki da ke tsakanin mutane.

A kan yanayin da wasu mata ke tsintar kansu na daukewar haihuwa kafin su cika shekaru 40, likitan ya ce akwai dalilai da ke kawo hakan, tare da bayyana cewa akwai wasu dabi'u guda biyu da masana suka gano cewa suna taka muhimmiyar rawa wajen faruwar hakan a mata.

"Duk da daina haihuwa bayan wani lokaci a halittar mata yake zuwa, akwai wasu abubuwa da ke saka hakan ta faru a kafin lokacin mace na daukewar haihuwa ya cika. Dabi'u biyu da ke haddasa wa mata daukewar haihuwa da wuri sune kwankwadar barasa da kuma tu'ammali da miyagun kwayoyi," a cewar Dakta Nwan.

Likitan ya shawarci mata da su hanzarta ziyartar asibiti duk lokacin da suka fahimci cewa haihuwa na kokarin daukewa alhalin basu manyanta ba domin gudanar da gwaji a kansu da kuma basu shawarwari.
