Wasu kwararrun masu bincike na jami'ar kasar Singapore (NUS) sun ba da bayanai kan yadda masu shan ruwan shayi tsura ke samun ingancin lafiyar kwakwalwa fiye da wadanda basa sha.

Binciken ya nuna cewa, mutanen da suka riki shan shayi akai-akai yana inganta tsarin kwakwalensu sabanin wadanda basu bai wa shan shayin muhimmanci ba.

Kwararrun masanan sun gudanar da binciken na su ne bayan nazari kan hoton kwakwalen wasu dattawa 36 da suka dauka.

Binciken da ya gabata ya nuna cewa, shan shayi tsura musamman na ganyayayyaki, yana bunkasa lafiyar lafiyar kwalkwala da kuma bayar da garkuwa ta cututtuka masu nasaba da zuciya.

Wani bincike da aka wallafa karo na farko a shekarar 2017 ya nuna cewa, shan shayi a kan kari yana rage rikicin tsufa da kashi 50 cikin 100 a kan mutanen da shekarunsu suka yawaita.
