'Yan majalisa sun fara shirin raba Buhari da wani iko da kundin mulki ya bashi
A ranar Alhamis ne, kuma a karo na biyu, majalisa ta sake karanta kudirin neman raba shugaban kasa da ikon da kundin mulki ya bashi na kwace kadarori ma su motsi da na girke tare da mikasu hannun kotuna.
Mataimakin shugaban majalisar wakilai, Ahmed Idris Wase, ne ke neman a yi wa dokar garambawul a karon farko tun bayan kirkirarta a shekarar 2004.
Majalisa ta na son gyara dokar ta hanyar raba shugaban kasa da ikonsa na kwace kadarorin mutane ko hukumomi tare da mayar da ikon yin hakan hannun alkalan manyan kotuna.
Wase ya ce akwai bukatar a mayar da ikon kwace kadarorin hannun alkalan manyan kotuna bisa tsarin kundin mulkin kasa.
A cewarsa, yin hakan zai kawar da duk wani son rai da shugaban kasa, a yanzu ko nan gaba, zai iya sakawa wajen kwace kadarar wani mutum, kungiyoyi, da hukumomi.
Ya kara da cewa, dokar da ta bawa shugaban kasa ikon kwace kadarori ta ci karo da tanadin wasu dokoki da ke ciki kundin tsarin mulki na shekarar 1999.
Wase ya ce sashe na 44 na kundin tsarin mulkin Najeriya ya bawa dukkan 'yan kasa damar mallakar dukiya mai motsi ko ta girke, kuma bai kamata a hana wani dan kasa ikon mallakar kadara ba matukar babu wani dalili mai kwarin gaske.

Ya ce doka ta amince a yi hukunci ko a kwace kadara bayan kotu ta zartar hukunci.
Ya ce kotu ce kadai keda ikon zartar da hukunci a kan kwace wata kadara, a saboda haka bai kama a bar ikon hakan a hannun shugaban kasa ba.
Ya ce za a iya amfani da ikon kwace kadara ta hanyoyin da basu dace ba matukar aka bar ikon yin hakan a hannun shugaban kasa.
