Kiwon Lafiya: Guji aikata wadannan abubuwa 5 bayan cin abinci

Akwai abubuwa da mutane ke yawan yi bayan sun gama cin abinci kamar kishingida ko yin barci da sauran su. Da dama daga cikin abubuwan da aka saba yi bayan cin abinci na da dadin aikatawa amma ya zama dole a guje su don kare lafiya.
