Ramadan: Amfanin Azumi ga lafiyar dan Adam

2 – Saba wa kai hakuri, da karfafa wa zuciya wajen danne sha’awa.

3 – Saba wa mutum da kyautatawa, da jin tausayin mabukata da talakawa, saboda idan mutum ya dandani yunwa zuciyarsa za ta yi laushi ta karkata zuwa ga mabukata.

4 – Samun hutu a jiki da samun lafiya a cikin azumi.
