Cibiyar takaita yaduwar cututtuka a Najeriya NCDC ta sanar da cewa an samu karin mutane 86 da suka kamu da cutar Coronavirus (#COVID19) a Najeriya a ranar Lahadi, 19 ga Afrilu, 2020.
Cibiyar ta bayyana hakan a shafin ra'ayinta na Tuwita inda tace: “An samu karin mutane tamanin da shida (86) sun kamu da #COVID19;

1. Tattasai:

2. Tafarnuwa:
Bayan karin dandano ga abinci, tafarnuwa tana tasiri wajen bunkasa garkuwar jiki ta hanyar hana kamuwa da cutar hawan jini.
3. Citta:
Citta na da nasabar gaske wajen magance cututtukan da suka shafi mura, ta hanyar tsarkake kafofin shakar numfashi musamman makoshi. Tana kuma taimaka wa masu yawan tashin zuciya.
4. Alayyahu:
Tamkar Jan tattasai, alayyahu ya kunshi sunadaran vitamin C da kuma Betacarotene, masu taka rawar gani wajen bunkasa garkuwar jiki da zai yaki cututtuka.
5. Madarar shanu:
Vitamin D shi ne babban sunadarin da madarar shanu ta kunsa, wanda ya ke bajintar gaske ta hanyar bunkasa garkuwar jiki da kuma yakar cututtuka a jikin dan Adam.
6. Gwanda:
