Kotun Majistare da ke garin Ota a jihar Ogun ta yanke hukuncin zaman gidan kaso har na shekaru biyu ga wani magidanci mai shekaru 37 mai suna Ramon Bello bisa samun sa da laifin satar ragon da kudin sa ya kai N75,000.

Babban Alkali Mr S.O. Banwo ne ya yanke hukuncin bayan Bello ya amsa laifin da ake tuhumar sa da ita, alkalin bai bayar da zabi na biyan tara ba.

Gbesi ya kara da cewa ragon da Bello ya sace mallakin Kehinde Yekinni ne kuma an kiyasta kudin ragon a N75,000.

Mai shigar da karar ya ce laifin ya saba wa sashi na 390(9) na dokar masu laifi na jihar Ogun na shekarar 2006.
