Kotu ta tabbatar da soke jam'iyyun siyasa 32 da Hukumar INEC ta yi

A ranar Alhamis, 11 ga watan Yuni, Babbar Kotun Tarayya da ke Abuja, ta yi watsi da karar da ke kalubalantar kwace rajistar jam’iyyun siyasa 32 a Najeriya da Hukumar INEC ta yi.

Mai shari’a Anwuli Chikere shi ne ya yi watsi da karar da jam’iyyun suka shigar inda ya ce Hukumar Zabe Mai Zaman Kanta ta Kasa (INEC) ta na da ikon rusa su.

Alkalin ya yanke hukunci cewa, INEC ta na da cikakken 'yancin soke jam'iyyun bisa dogaro da tanadin sashe na 225 (a) na kundin tsarin mulkin Najeriya.

Jam’iyyun da ke kalubalantar hukuncin da INEC ta zartar na daga cikin jam'iyyu 74 da ta soke a ranar 6 ga watan Fabrairu, 2020, saboda dalilan rashin yin kwazo a babban zaben na 2019.

Da yake bayyana dalilan yin watsi da jam’iyyun, shugaban INEC, Mahmood Yakubu ya ce jam’iyyun sun kasa cika ka’idojin da kundin tsarin mulki ya shata na ci gaba da wanzuwar jam’iyyun siyasa a Najeriya.

INEC ta ce jam’iyyun da aka soke sun karya sharadin ci gaba da kasancewarsu yayin da suka gaza samun akalla kuri’u 2596 da aka jefa a koda jiha daya ta kasar yayin zaben shugaban kasa.

INEC ta kuma ce jam’iyyun, tun bayan kasancewar jam'iyyun, ba su taba yin nasara ba koda a karamar hukuma daya a duk fadin kasar a zaben gwamnonin jihohi.

A cewar INEC, cikin dukkanin jam'iyyun da ta kwace rajistarsu, babu jam'iyya daya da ta iya samun nasara a koda Unguwa daya yayin zabukan kananan hukumomi.

Haka kuma jam'iyyu ba su taba samun nasara ba a zaben 'yan majalisar dokokin jihohin ballantana kuma na majalisar tarayya.

Kamar yadda jaridar Guardian ta wallafa, a da can Najeriya tana da jam'iyyun siyasa 90 gabanin INEC ta kwace rajistar 74, inda adadinsu ya dawo 16 kacal.
