Wani bincike da masana suka gudanar ya bayyana irin nau’in abinci da ya kamata a dunga ba yara kanana, saboda ya tallafa masu wajen kara kaifin kwakwalwa da tunani.

A cewarsu karancin wadannan abinci na hana yara fahimtar abin da ya kamata da wuri musamman a bangaren karatu.
