Zargin kashe Mijinta: Shari’ar Maryam Sanda ta samu tasgaro a babbar Kotun Abuja

Shari’a da aka shigar da Maryam Sanda, matar da ake zargi da yi ma Mijinta kisan gilla, Bilyaminu Bello, ta samu akasi sakamakon rashin lafiyar lauya mai shigar da kara, James Idachaba, kamar yadda kamfanin dillancin labaru, NAN, ta ruwaito.

“Ya mai shari’a, bani da lafiya matuka, kuma ina bukatar samun kulawa a Asibiti, da kyar na kawo kaina Kotun nan saboda tsananin ciwo da nake fama da shi, idan aka lura har shaidanmu yazo gaban Kotu don nuna muhimmancin da muke baiwa wannan shari’a, don haka nake rokon Kotu ta dage karar.” Inji lauya Idachaba.

Bayan sauraron bukatar lauya mai kara, Alklin Kotun, Mai sharia Yusuf Halilu ya dage sauraron karar zuwa ranar 4 ga watan Oktoba, wannan ba shi ne dage sauraron karar na farko ba, inda a baya ma sai da lauyan Maryam, Joseph Daudu ya nemi a dage karar zuwa ranar 15 ga watan Mayu.
