Abubuwa 10 da zasu kara muku lafiya yayin gudanar da Azumin Ramadan

- Ramadan wata ne na tara daga cikin jerin watannin musulunci, a cikinsa ne dukkan wani musulmi ke kamewa daga barin ci da sha da kuma barin iyali tun daga fitowar rana har zuwa faduwarta.

Sai dai yana da kyau ga mai azumi ya lura da abubuwa 10 da za zayyano domin zama cikin koshin lafiya.

1. SAHUR

Cin abinci da safe yana da matukar amfani da muhimmanci ga jikin dan Adam, da yake Azumi sahur ne yake maye gurbinsa. Ga mai azumi yana da kyau yake yin sahur domin zai taimakawa jikinsa wajen zama cikin inganci da bawa sassan jiki damar yin aiki yadda ya kamata tun daga yin sahur din har zuwa buda baki.

2. CIN ABINCI MAI INGANCI

Yana da kyau ga mai yin Azumi yasan kalar irin abincin da zai taimakawa jikinsa wajen sarrafuwa cikin sauki. Cin abincin da ya hada ganyayyaki, da kuma abinci wanda baya dauke da sukari mai yawa.

Yana da amfani sosai ga mai azumi da ya karya (Buda baki) Azuminsa a sannu da abubuwa marasa nauyi, daga bisani zai iya dorawa da duk wani abu da ya ga dama. Sannan a guji cin abincin da yake dauke da mai sosai a cikinsa ko kuma abinci mai dauke da sinadarin dake sa kiba.

Abu ne mai kyau ga wanda yayii buda baki Azuminsa da ya sha abinda yake mai romo-romo ko kuma miya wanda yake da zafi domin zai taimaka wajen buda hanji da kuma dawo da duk wasu sassan jiki aiki yadda ya kamata. Amma yana da kyau ace an hada wannan romo da ganyayyaki domin karawa jiki inganci.

5. AMFANI DA RUWA

Amfani da duk wani abu da yake mai ruwa-ruwa yana da amfani sosai ga lafiya da kuma jikin mai Azumi. A yayin sahur ko buda baki yana da kyau a jibanci shan duk wani abu da shafi ruwa wato shan abubuwa irin su Soboroda, ruwa, 'ya'yan itatuwa da sauransu.

6. GUJEWA SINADARIN CAFFEINE

Ga mutumin da ke azumi yana da kyau ya kauracewa amfani da duk abinda ke dauke da sinadarin caffeine, saboda sinadarin yana taimakawa mutum ne wajen karin kuzari da karfi amma yana rage duk wani ruwa dake jikin dan Adam musamman ga wanda yake dauke da Azumi, abubuwa kamar su coffee, cola da kuma ganyen shayi duk suna dauki da wannan sinadari na caffeine.

7. KAURACEWA WASU NAU'IN ABINCI

Yin duba tare da zabar kalar abincin da mai azumi ya kamata ya ci abu ne wanda ya kamata mai yin azumin yayi sosai akansa. Akwai nau'in abincin da mai Azumi ya kamata ya kauracewa wanda suka hada da abincin da aka gasa sosai, abinci mai dauke da sinadarin saka kiba da kuma gujewa cin abinda ke dauke da sukari. Yana da kyau a kaurace musu a cikin watan Ramadan.

8. ABINCIN DA AKA SOYA

Yana da kyau ga mai Azumi da ya lura wajen yin wasu ayyuka musamman a lokacin da ake dauke da Azumi. Wannan ayyuka sun hada da duk wani abu da zai sa raguwar ruwa daga jikin dan Adam, wanda hakan zai iya jawowa mai azumi matsala. Abu ne mai muhimmanci idan mai Azumi ya bar yin wasu abubuwa har sai bayan ya sha ruwa saboda a wannan lokaci duk wani sassan jikinsa sun dawo aiki yadda ya kamata.

10. GANIN LIKITA

Yana da kyau ga mutumin da yasan yada wata tawaya ko damuwa ko kuma wata cuta da yaje ya ga likita kafin kamawar watan azumin Ramadan, domin neman shawarwari daga wajen likita wanda zai iya taimakawa mai niyyar azumi wajen gudanar da ibadarsa cikin sauki ba tare da samun damuwa ko matsala ba.
